Socially Supportive is a blog dedicated to discussing customer service trends in the social media space. The hope is that sharing information about industry best practices, tools, tips and techniques will be helpful those in the social care space provide exceptional customer service through social media channels. We are all customers or consumers of some product or service, and by sharing information on how to best serve, we might find ourselves the recipient of excellent customer service in social media.

Frankie Saucier is a social media and customer care strategist. She is currently the Senior Manager of Social Media with the corporate Cox Communications social media team, where she is responsible for strategy and execution of the enterprise-wide customer support presence in social media, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and the customer support forums on the Cox website.  Frankie is also a member of a cable partner consortium that discusses current issues in social media.
